- I am an owner of a condo unit in Puyallup. VISTA Community took over our property management recently and have had a LOT of mess to help sort out and clean up from our previous property management company. VISTA (and Kelly Burningham in particular!) have gone above and beyond dealing with getting us set up with new landscaping, handyman services, fixing very messy former accounting, guiding our newly installed HOA board through a plethora of issues. VISTA (and Kelly!) have been extremely transparent and communicative. VISTA (and Kelly!) have also gone above and beyond to help my husband and I through a messy sales transaction (we’re pending, so fingers crossed we can get to closing in one piece). - Kathy Chow was great to work with at signing our lease and with moving in. There was a little hiccup with advertising price at first because of high demand, (which was understandable) for the unit we were looking to move into, but she worked it out and we got to move in at price we originally saw the listing for. She was thorough with our walk through making sure we marked everything that might be a risk of charge if we moved out and explained everything with great detail. She was easy to reach if we had questions and followed up with us after move in if we liked the place. She is very professional and easy to work with. Vista literally saved us from financial ruin. I have enjoyed working with them over the past four years. We are starting to reap the rewards of being a properly managed community. Our first property manager got us out of the red and fully operational. Our current manager (Jenny, along with Josh our APM) are determined to get us to a point where we are flourishing financially. There was a period of time where there was a lot of turn-over, but everything seems to be on stable ground now... - Catherine Barnes is the most professional property manager that I know. Her expertise and experience is extensive. She started managing my apartment building and three of my houses in February 2017. She immediately took on the project of getting one of the houses move in ready. Without fail I received lackadaisical response and less than enthusiastic effort by all that I reached out to…….. until I called Vista Property Management. - I have been renting with Vista for a few months and they have been great. Danielle did a great job showing the home and setting up our rental agreement. She helped make the whole process run smoothly. After a few months the water heater started leaking so I submitted a maintenance request online. Ryan the maintenance guy came right out and assessed the situatuon. He quickly installed a new unit. I really appreciate the way Ashley and her maintance team resolved the issue, fast and professional. I have rented for a long time and I am impressed with Vista PM. - I called today to get some information on some 3bd duplexes & was very pleased with the conversation I had with Joan. She was very informative and took her time to answer all my questions. She gave me a couple properties to look at on my own and told me to give her a call back if I had any more questions. After looking at the properties she gave me, I was very pleased & so I wanted to call back and get a little more information before deciding to put in an application. Unfortunately when I called back, Joan didn't answer. Instead it was a lady named Shannon, who was a little rude & didn't answer my questions or even show any interest in answering my questions. At the end of the call she said "Sorry I couldn't be of more help in answering your questions..." SERIOUSLY?! Horrible! I ended up calling back later & got Joan again and we had another pleasant conversation. She was so helpful in answering all my questions because I had so many, but she was patient and was able to give me all the information I needed to get started on the application process. Thank you Joan!! As for Shannon, I would avoid any conversation with her.- ASH Fan. 9/6/2015
